RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At YASDROP, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns
- Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Defective items

REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
RETURN ADDRESS
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved.

SHIPPING COSTS (RETURNS)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
